Terms for using the workspace.
These terms explain how you can use LocalizationHub and what you are responsible for.
Using LocalizationHub
Use the editor to work with localization files you already have. Do not use the product to violate the rights of others or to interfere with systems you do not control.
Ownership of your work
Your files, your translations, and your glossaries stay yours. LocalizationHub claims no ownership over the content you edit, and these terms transfer no rights to LocalizationHub.
Local files and backups
Keep backups of important localization files and projects. Local Projects are stored on your machine and remain your responsibility.
Cloud Projects
Cloud access is permission-based. Respect project roles and the work of other collaborators.
Accounts
Keep your account credentials private and use accurate information when creating an account.
Third-party services and tools
Machine translation providers, external extraction tools, repositories, and hosting services are governed by their own terms. When you connect one, you remain responsible for the keys you provide and for following that service's conditions.
Service availability
The browser editor and Local Projects do not depend on a server. Cloud features depend on infrastructure that may pause for maintenance or change, and no uptime guarantee is given.
Suspension and access
Access to Cloud features may be limited or suspended when an account abuses the service, attacks the infrastructure, or breaks these terms. Where possible, Local Projects are unaffected, because they live on your machine.
Ending your use
You can stop using LocalizationHub at any time and delete your account from the Projects page. Before you leave, export anything you want to keep: deleting a Cloud Project removes it for everyone.
Limits of liability
LocalizationHub is provided as it is. Keep your own backups; the product is not liable for lost files, lost translations, or work interrupted by a service change. Nothing here excludes a responsibility the law does not allow to be excluded.
Software availability
Features and availability may change while LocalizationHub continues to develop.
Releases and updates
Download releases from the official repository and review release notes before updating.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the product and public website develop.
